Hilde-Marie Smith of catering4kent was asked to organise and provide the catering for approximately 250 people attending a wake. Her
brief was to provide a light buffet luncheon with non-alcoholic beverages. In addition, Mrs Smith was asked to source a suitable venue and oversee the arrangements for seating etc ..
I am delighted to say that the venue was appropriate, the accommodation suitable and Mrs Smith's liaison with the venue staff excellent.
The luncheon was generous with a wide variety of tastes catered for, many guests were extremely complimentary. Mrs Smith's staff were capable, helpful, friendly and discrete. Mrs Smith
herself was at all times calm and efficient.
I am pleased to recommend catering4kent as a thoroughly efficient and professional catering service.
