Our wine courses

We will help you improve your wine sales and profits through a variety of training courses teaching you all about:

Wine Experience Days: for anyone interested in wine. We talk about the world wine regions and wines whilst tasting and comparing different varieties. The wine experience day course lasts a day long (with a break for lunch). This course is mainly aimed at people with little or no wine knowledge.

Basic Wine course: 4 hour session. Learn about wine varieties, coutries and methods of winemaking and growing of vines. We also explore ideal serving, storage and tasting conditions.

Intermediate Wine Course: the intermediate wine course runs over 3 days or 6 evening sessions and covers grape growing, wine tasting and wine and spirit production. It explores the worlds most important wine producing regions and the wines used for tasting will be the same wines that staff are expected to sell.

Advanced Wine Course: a 5 day course or can be taken over 4 months in the evenings. Building upon the intermediate wine course, the advanced course covers Viticulture & Vinification in much more depth.
